Individuals who are in their life's cross roads can come and serve in GEMS Bihar during their decision making process. We will find them suitable place to serve according to their background. For deserving candidates, food and lodging expenses can be taken care by GEMS. This may be for a short time of 2 weeks to 3 months.

PROfessionals Fellowships of Indian Talents (PROFIT)
PROFIT is a mission initiative by GEMS for equipping professionals to be directly involved in evangelism. It is a concept based on Tentmaking concept. It has been set up to support the Indian Christian professional community in their spiritual, social and professional lives so that they may be able to balance life’s demands while realizing and fulfilling God’s purposes for them.Vision:PROFIT exists to equip the Indian Professional community in their Professional, Social and Spiritual Life.Mission:
· To encourage excellence in career and to equip to find better avenues in career
· To mobilize the Indian Christian Professional Community to meet, share and pray together. Also to enable them to envision the potential of being the salt and light of the world, in their workplace
· To equip Professionals for evangelism
· To encourage professionals to be involved in evangelism by exposing them to active evangelism through Churches or Missions
How to involve?
· Launch a PROFIT Chapter by forming a group.
· Meet at least once a month for sharing, discussions, prayer and development
· Each month focus on different PROFIT features for development and implementation
· For effective functioning, Mobilise, Motivate & Monitor (MMM) the group’s activities
· Share your chapter activities with others through PROFIT email group to get connected with others
· Initiate and involve actively in Work place & Church evangelism
· Visit once in a year to any mission field for active evangelism exposure
Note:
· A City can have more than one PROFIT chapters
· Already existing groups can append these features of PROFIT
· PROFIT chapters are NOT an alternative for your local church
To date, 4 professional groups are up and running within PROFIT:
· IT
· Engineering
· Medical
· Emerging professionals
They have been grouped in this way, to put those in touch whose fields are similar, problems are alike and who speak the same professional language, enabling them to help each other more easily and efficiently. Currently a total of 350 members registered their names in our profit groups.

Proclaiming Gospel to Migrant workers in Singapore
With the strength & power of the Holy Spirit, we are galloping forward in this ministry. Currently we have our outreach fellowships being conducted at 7:30pm evening, every Sunday in Blue Star and Soon Lee Dormatories. We do conduct a primitive computer class between 6:30 and 7:30pm every week. With the prime aim of encouraging and grooming our Outreach Fellowship brothers (regular participants), we did conduct a training session on July 18th evening. Around 20 brothers participated and the Outreach Leaders shared their experience to encourage the brothers. We are as well witnessing the mighty move of the Holy Spirit during our regular meetings on Sundays with testimonies and new brothers accepting the Lord. Please continue to pray for this ministry and if time permits please visit us on Sundays if you ought to startup from ground zero in Soul winning, Evangelism… for more details, pls email @gemsmissions@gmail.com

Womens Prayer Team
A team of committed sisters in Christ having intercessory prayer on 2nd saturday & 4th saturday every month.Their prayers really uplift the ministry in various ways. May the holy spirit continuously poured among this womens teamto support all ministries in their prayers.
Domestic Helpers (maid) Fellowship
GEMS Womens team conducting a fellowship for indian domestic workers(maids) on every last sunday of the month.
These underpreviledged sisters left their family in India and joined as a 'maid' just to earn money to help their family..
Here there are lot of cases they are in bad situation, mistreated, with tears, with no hope, no comfort ..
May the Lord our God, gives the peace and comfort to them through HIS word. We invite more volunteers

Our prayer warriors, concentrating on the west side of singapore, meeting indian families and sharing the love of Jesus Christ. This is currenly going on by visiting individualhouses in HDB estates around Bt Batok, Jurong East, Jurong West, Clementi, Bt Panjang
